This Terms of Use and Privacy Policy (the “Agreement”) governs your access to and use of all mobile applications, games, websites, and related services published by WOOHOO GAME LTD (collectively, the “Services”), available on iOS, Android, and any other supported platforms.
By downloading, installing, accessing, or using the Services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Agreement. If you do not agree, you must immediately discontinue use of the Services.
We reserve the right to modify, update, or replace this Agreement at any time. Material changes will be effective upon posting the updated Agreement. Continued use of the Services constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
The Services are designed to be suitable for users of all ages. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you are a parent or guardian and believe that your child has provided personal information to us, please contact us and we will promptly delete such information.
Subject to your compliance with this Agreement, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Services for personal, non-commercial purposes.
You agree not to: (a) copy, modify, or distribute the Services; (b) reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code; (c) exploit the Services for commercial purposes; (d) interfere with or disrupt the Services; or (e) use the Services in violation of applicable laws.
You agree to use the Services in a lawful manner and not to upload, transmit, or distribute content that is unlawful, harmful, offensive, or infringes the rights of others.
The Services may include virtual items, consumables, subscriptions, or other in-app purchases. All purchases are processed through the applicable platform’s billing system, including Apple App Store or Google Play Store. Prices, billing cycles, renewal terms, and refunds are governed by the policies of the respective platform provider.
Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. You may manage or cancel subscriptions through your platform account settings.
All content, features, graphics, audio, software, and trademarks included in the Services are owned by or licensed to WOOHOO GAME LTD and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time, with or without notice, if we believe you have violated this Agreement or applicable law.
THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED ON AN “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WOOHOO GAME LTD SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless WOOHOO GAME LTD from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses arising from your use of the Services or violation of this Agreement.
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the applicable jurisdiction, without regard to conflict of law principles.
This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, share, and protect your information when you use the Services on any supported platform, including iOS and Android.
We may collect personal and non-personal information, including but not limited to: device identifiers (such as IDFA or GAID), IP address, device model, operating system, app usage data, interaction data, approximate location, and purchase-related information.
Certain information is collected automatically through the use of third-party SDKs, cookies, pixels, and similar technologies for analytics, advertising, fraud prevention, and performance monitoring.
The Services are intended for a general audience and are suitable for all ages. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If we become aware that personal information has been collected from a child without parental consent, we will take steps to delete such information promptly.
We use third-party analytics, advertising, and monetization services, including but not limited to: AdMob, AppLovin, Unity Ads, Chartboost, ironSource, Facebook Audience Network, Firebase Analytics, Firebase Crashlytics, Amazon Ads, Fyber, InMobi, Liftoff, Mintegral, Verve, Zmaticoo, PubMatic, DT Exchange, and Bigo Ads. These providers may collect information in accordance with their own privacy policies.
